Q When do I have to pay for attraction tickets?

You can book your attraction tickets as many weeks or months in advance, however we will not charge your credit card until 14 days prior to the validation date.

You will receive your ticket vouchers by email as soon as we have charged your credit card.

Q What is the Validation date?

You can set your own Validation date when you book your tickets.

Enter a date in the Book Your Tickets form and this will validate your ticket for 3 months from the date that you enter. This means you can visit the attraction anytime dirng the validation period. Attraction tickets are valid for one visit/tour.

We suggest that you enter your arrival date.

Q What does Open Ticket type mean?

An Open Ticket means you can use the ticket anytime during the validation period.

Q Do you charge a credit card or booking fee?

If you book online there are no additional charges at all.

If you book a tour locally you may incur a booking fee plus if you are unable to print a copy of the ticker voucher which is required to present at the attraction, a charge to deliver a printed copy may also be charged.

Q Are ticket bookings immediately confirmed?

Yes.

If you book a ticket more than 14 days before the validation date you will receive a Ticket Confirmation. You will then receive a Ticket Voucher after we have charged your credit card 14 days before the tour date.

If you purchase a ticket 14 days or less before the validation date you will receive both the Ticket Confirmation Booking and Ticket Voucher at the same time.

Q How will I get to the attraction/tour attraction?

Pick up is provided for some attractions, check details on the attractions page.

We will provide details on how to get to the attraction, these details will be printed on your ticket voucher and will include:
Opening Times
Attraction Address
Map
Longitude/Latitude details for navigation devices

Q Are you a licensed agency?

Malta TravelNet Services is licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority to operate incoming travel services, local tours and to act booking agents for other tour operators.

Our operators license number is TRA/M50 and this is clearly displayed on the header of the website.

Q Can I cancel an attraction ticket?

Yes.

You can cancel your attraction ticket up to 15 days before the ticket validation date and you will not incur any charges at all.

Tickets are issued 14 days before the validation date and are not refundable after they have been issued.
