If you book online there are no additional charges at all.
If you book a tour locally you may incur a booking fee plus if you are unable to print a copy of the tour voucher which is required to join a tour, a charge to deliver a printed copy may also be charged.
You can book as many weeks or months in advance, however we will not charge your credit card until 14 days prior to the tour/ticket validation date.
You will receive the tour voucher/ticket by email as soon as we have charged your credit card.
If you book a special offer more than 14 days before the tour start/ticket validation date you will receive a booking confirmation. You will then receive the vouchers/tickets after we have charged your credit card 14 days before the tour start/ticket validation date.
If you book 14 days or less before the tour start/ticket validation date you will receive both the booking confirmation and vouchers/tickets at the same time.
Special Offers normally have restrictions and limited and limited availability. If you wait until you arrive in Malta you may find that a Special Offer may have been withdrawn.
For tours yes, pick up from/drop off for hotels and other central locations, towns and villages.

You can set your own ticket Validation date when you book your tickets.
Enter a date in the Book Your Tickets form and this will validate your tickets for 3 months from the date that you enter. We suggest that you enter your arrival date.
This means you can visit the attractions anytime during the validation period. Attraction tickets are valid for one visit/tour.
An Open Ticket means you can use the attraction ticket anytime during the validation period.

All the tours/attractions featured on this website are scheduled to operate.
On very rare occasions, a tour operator/supplier may be forced to cancel due to adverse weather, an operational or technical issue or any other reason which forces the tour operator/supplier to cancel.

If the tour operator/supplier is forced to cancel/close a tour/attraction for whatever reason, you will have the following options:
a) Transfer to an alternative date if available, or
b) Exchange your booking for a different tour/attraction, or
c) Receive a full refund

Malta TravelNet Services is licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority to operate incoming travel services, local tours and to act booking agents for other tour operators.
Our operators license number is TRA/M50 and this is clearly displayed on the header of the website.
A special offer is made up of two or more tours or attractions. In the event that one or more of the tours/attraction is cancelled you will receive a refund equivelant to the amount that you have paid, less the standard rate of the tours/attractions that you would have used.
Special Offer Tours
You can cancel a tour up to 15 days before the tour date and you will not incur any charges at all.
If you have to cancel the tour for any of the following reasons we will do our utmost to refund/part refund provided that we are advanced at least 72 hours in advance
a) Unable to arrive in Malta due cancellation of flights/cruise caused by extreme adverse weather conditions.
b) You are hospitalised prior to your departure. Proof of hospitalisation must be provided on request.
If you cancel the tour for any other reason, the following cancellation fees will apply:
If cancelled between 14 days and 7 days prior to the tour date, a 30% charge applies
If cancelled between 6 days and the start date of the Special Offer tour, you are not entitled to any type of refund
Special Offer Attraction Tickets
You can cancel your attraction ticket up to 15 days before the ticket validation date and you will not incur any charges at all.
Tickets are issued 14 days before the validation date and are not refundable after they have been issued.
This is possible, however changes are subject to availability.
